Be able to accept different points of view and ideas.

A person with a broad outlook is honest with himself and others. This is an important moral quality that includes truthfulness and sincerity. Such a person is not afraid to serve those who are ranked lower on the social ladder. Such a person always adheres to own wisdom, is convinced of the rightness of actions, recognizes the rights of other people. All these qualities allow to constantly enrich the knowledge base and broaden horizons.

To think in broad terms, a person needs to have following abilities:

  • Desire and willingness to accept beliefs or behavior of other people that might differ from your own opinion.
  • Desire and willingness to consider unusual or different opinions and practices.
  • Tolerance towards different views of other people.
